Our Story

My husband and I got our start with live in flips in Rhode Island. When we moved to Tennessee, we set our sights on growing into fix and flips together, and it was during that search that my husband discovered creative finance. As we dug in and kept learning, I found my way into transaction coordination.

Before real estate, I spent over 20 years in education. It has been a big shift in some ways, but the skills carry over more than you would think: organization, clear communication, and staying steady when a lot of moving pieces need to come together. Those same skills now shape a smooth contract to close experience for my clients, and this work has become something my husband and I get to build together as we look toward our future.
